Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account details.
• Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Products & authenticity

• We sell luxury first copy, second hand, and resale items as described in each listing.
• Condition and inclusions are stated per product; images are representative of the actual item listed.
• Authenticity is guaranteed per listing details; contact us immediately if you believe an item is not as described.

Ordering & pricing

• Prices are listed in USD; availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted.
• We may cancel and refund (if paid) for suspected fraud, mispricing, or stock issues.

Payments

• We accept crypto only (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT variants, BNB, USDC, XRP, ADA, DOGE, SOL, DOT as shown at checkout).
• Orders are pending until on-chain payment is detected and confirmed; send exact amount and network as shown.
• Network fees are your responsibility and non-refundable.

Shipping & delivery

• We ship to the address you provide at checkout; verify details before paying.
• Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier; insured options may be provided where available.
• Customs or import duties (if any) are your responsibility.

Returns & refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is not as described or fails authenticity/condition claims.
• Items must be in the same condition received, with any included accessories/packaging.
• Wear-and-tear, fit/sizing, or buyer’s remorse are not eligible.
• Approved refunds are issued in crypto; network fees and exchange rate movements are not reimbursed.
• Contact support before returning; unauthorized returns may be refused.

Cancellations

• You may cancel before payment is sent; after payment, cancellation is not guaranteed.
• We may cancel orders for fraud checks, stock, or compliance reasons and will notify you.

Prohibited use

• No fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or platform misuse.
• No violation of sanctions, export controls, or applicable laws.

Liability

• The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed, Aurex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the order in question.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the latest version.
